Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or Portfolio Finance Executive.
- Demonstrable experience navigating fundraising, scale-up growth, private equity backing, or successful trade exits.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage directly with founders and private equity stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business founders, CEOs, and investors to drive financial strategy, capital allocation, and governance.
- Prepare high-growth businesses for successful M&A, investment rounds, and strategic exits (due diligence, financial modelling, and value creation).
- Deliver robust financial leadership, cash-flow management, and board-level reporting on an interim or fractional basis.
