Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or Portfolio Finance Executive.
  • Demonstrable experience navigating fundraising, scale-up growth, private equity backing, or successful trade exits.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage directly with founders and private equity stakeholders.

  • Partner directly with business founders, CEOs, and investors to drive financial strategy, capital allocation, and governance.
  • Prepare high-growth businesses for successful M&A, investment rounds, and strategic exits (due diligence, financial modelling, and value creation).
  • Deliver robust financial leadership, cash-flow management, and board-level reporting on an interim or fractional basis.
