A growing business in the sustainable resources and supply chain sector is seeking an experienced fractional CFO to lead a strategic acquisition project.

Role Overview

You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team on evaluating, structuring, and executing a potential transaction, alongside broader strategic finance support.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven fractional or interim CFO experience
  • Strong track record in M&A, deal structuring, and transaction support
  • Comfortable operating close to the CEO and leadership team on a strategic mandate
  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder and investor engagement skills
