Role Description

The Fractional CFO UK role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and performance of Express Turbo Delivery’s UK operations and cross-border activities. The individual in this role will develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business growth objectives, while monitoring cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and management reports
  • Advising leadership on financial risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring regulatory and tax compliance in relevant jurisdictions
  • Implementing financial controls
  • Optimizing capital allocation
  • Supporting pricing and margin analysis
  • Collaborating with operations and commercial teams on strategic initiatives

The Fractional CFO UK will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
  • Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and scenario analysis
  • Solid knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and interpretation of key financial documents
  • Experience with financial controls, compliance, and risk management in a UK or international context
  • Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, or a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field are highly beneficial
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fast-paced growth businesses, and familiarity with UK and Pakistani financial environments, is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and use modern financial tools and software
