Role Description
The Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and performance of Express Turbo Delivery on a part-time executive basis. This role includes:

- Developing and monitoring financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support rapid growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyzing financial data, managing cash flow, and providing guidance on pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
- Preparing financial reports for leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and improving financial controls and processes.
- Collaborating with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and to support scalable, data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and performance metrics for logistics or service-based businesses.
- Experience with financial controls, compliance, and risk management in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting and finance software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
- Background in strategic planning, business modeling, and support for growth-stage organizations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Prior fractional, consulting, or executive finance experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Proven track record working remotely with high accountability, integrity, and confidentiality.
