Native Commerce delivers mission-critical software for modern e-commerce brands-spanning website/web app frontends, warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), logistics, and real-time BI-all unified in a modular, composable platform.
Our goal: help e-commerce businesses run smoother, reduce costs, and boost revenue.
We are now looking for a proactive and strategic Fractional CFO to support our leadership team on a contractor basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SaaS financial management, investor relations (VC), and preferably a track record of supporting high-growth tech start-ups.

- Drive the company’s financial strategy and planning in line with SaaS business models.
- Manage fundraising activities and investor relations with venture capital and private equity partners.
- Provide financial forecasts, modelling, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Set up and optimise financial systems, reporting structures, and KPIs tailored to SaaS growth.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and advise on international operations as needed.
💪 Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance) within SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of working with venture capital investors, fundraising, and board reporting.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CARR, LTV, churn) expertise.
- Demonstrated experience supporting start-ups or high-growth businesses is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of UK financial regulations and tax frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
