Role Overview
Advisers and coaches are great, but sometimes a business just needs an operator who gets under the bonnet and sorts out the engine 🔧
We’re working on a strictly confidential search for a venture-backed B2B AI platform that has built incredible, category-defining tech and won marquee global brands.
The product works. The market wants it. Deals range from £100k to £500k across the UK, Europe, and the US.
What’s missing is the operational discipline to run sales properly.
Forecasting is hit and miss, pipeline stages need cleaning, and frameworks have come and gone without sticking. With enterprise sales cycles taking 9 to 12 months, there simply isn't time for more trial and error.
So, we are looking for a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer for an initial 6-month turnaround.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This isn't high-altitude consulting. It is 3 to 4 days a week initially, rolling your sleeves up, getting into HubSpot, building a trusted pipeline, and holding everyone accountable, including the founders.
