Every time someone buys something online, they check the tracking page three to five times before it arrives. It's a genuinely enormous, almost entirely unmonetised surface and one of the few places in commerce media where the customer is already in shopping mode.

We're Groovy. We power advertising on delivery tracking pages, live with major carriers in the UK at tens of millions of impressions a month, with US carriers in progress.

We're now launching a new premium format for that space, and need to get it in front of the right buyers. We need someone who already has the relationships to get it in front of the right people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'd actually do

  • Open doors to marketing directors and agency contacts — warm introductions, not cold outreach
  • Sanity-check how we're pricing and packaging for the buy side

This is a network and commercial role, not a strategy engagement. We're not looking for a marketing plan. We're looking for someone who can pick up the phone to a major agency or a marketing director and get a meeting in the diary.

You'll probably have

  • Senior in-house marketing experience at a UK retailer or e-commerce business — CMO, marketing director, or similar
  • Real working knowledge of commerce/retail media, either buying it or standing it up
  • Existing relationships with media agencies and/or retail media teams
  • A view on how new inventory gets tested and scaled inside a large retailer, because you've done it
