Fractional Commercial Co-Founder / CCO (HealthTech / ADHD)

Role: Fractional Commercial Co-Founder / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Time Commitment: Fractional (1–2 days per week to start, fully flexible)
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Stage: Pre-Seed / Early Commercial Deployment
Compensation: Founding Equity (Significant %) + Uncapped Commission on Closed Pilots & SaaS Subscriptions
Platform: Acumi (https://acumi.app)

The Mission

Fewer than half of adults with ADHD remain on their treatment a year after diagnosis. The problem isn’t the medication it’s the clinical operational bottleneck: manual titration tracking, fragmented reviews, and clinical appointments spent reconstructing patient recall rather than reviewing objective data.

Acumi solves this by providing clinicians with continuous, real-world data between appointments (wearable biometric integration, 30-second low-friction check-ins, and automated NICE NG87 tracking). In addition the app supports patients during the titration process and beyond.

Where the Platform Stands Today

  • Patient Platform: Live in private beta, generating strong daily engagement and retention data across an active cohort of neurodivergent users.
  • Clinical Portal: MPV built and entering structured clinical pilot deployments with private ADHD clinics and independent psychiatrists to automate NICE NG87 workflows.
  • Commercial Pipeline: Outbound demand engine established, generating qualified discovery calls and clinical walkthroughs weekly.

The Mandate

Accelerate this momentum. We are bringing on a commercial partner to structure pilot agreements, convert early clinic relationships into recurring SaaS revenue, and co-lead our pre-seed institutional raise.

Why Fractional?

We know that proven commercial operators rarely jump into unpaid, early-stage roles full-time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We are deliberately structuring this as a fractional co-founder role (1–2 days/week). This gives you the flexibility to maintain existing consulting, advisory, or primary commitments while securing meaningful early equity and shaping the commercial engine of a high-impact digital health venture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Commercial Walkthroughs: Step into qualified discovery calls and demos with private ADHD clinics, independent psychiatrists, and clinical directors to secure pilot commitments and signed per-clinician SaaS contracts.
  • Build Clinical Governance (Clinical NED & Advisory Board): Leverage healthcare networks to identify, recruit, and onboard a high-profile Clinical Non-Executive Director (NED) and Clinical Advisory Board members to strengthen our clinical authority and investor readiness.
  • Shape the Product & Clinical Roadmap: You won’t just sell software you’ll be the voice of the clinic. You’ll work closely with the founder to translate real clinician feedback into core features and clinical workflows.
  • Package Commercial Offerings: Structure pilot-to-subscription agreements, annual per-clinician SaaS pricing tiers, and multi-site practice packaging.
  • Co-Lead Pre-Seed Fundraising: Collaborate on the pitch deck, financial model, and investor narrative for an upcoming pre-seed round, opening doors across your HealthTech Angel and VC networks.
  • Map Strategic Expansion: Identify longer-term strategic pathways across larger clinic networks, NHS Right to Choose (RTC) providers, and digital health frameworks.

Who You Are

  • Collaborative Founder Mindset: You want to build alongside a founder as a strategic peer bringing high agency, shared values, and a genuine desire to go on a long-term startup journey to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
  • HealthTech / Digital Health Background: Experience in B2B digital health sales, healthcare commercial strategy, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Consultative Closer: You can speak peer-to-peer with Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Directors, and Practice Managers about operational bottlenecks, patient retention, and clinical compliance.
  • Product Thinker: You look at commercial conversations as live feedback loops to refine product-market fit and inform engineering priorities.
  • Investor Network Exposure: Comfortable navigating early-stage venture fundraising and familiar with the metrics HealthTech angels and pre-seed VCs expect to see.
