About Biscuiteers
Biscuiteers is the UK's leading hand-iced biscuit company, known for beautifully personalised biscuit gifts, DIY icing kits and biscuit gifting experiences sold direct-to-consumer and through wholesale and retail partners. As the brand continues to grow its online and gifting business, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on digital marketing specialist to lead our paid advertising activity through a key trading period.
We are guided by our four core values; Innovative, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and Driven. These values live through the creativity of our products, the way we work together, the focus on results attitude and the energy and positivity with which we approach all we do.
The Role
We're looking for a fractional, part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join Biscuiteers for a 6-month period. This role will take ownership of planning and executing paid advertising activity across all channels, ensuring spend is tightly aligned with business strategy, seasonal trading priorities and budget. You'll be the senior voice on paid performance, using data to continually sharpen targeting, bidding and channel investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
