Company Description
MaberLondon is a contemporary handbag brand that blends London-inspired style with Dutch practicality, creating versatile, functional bags for modern everyday use. We have an established presence in Western Europe, particularly the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. We are now launching in the UK.
Our focus is primarily B2B-led, working with independent boutiques and retailers, alongside selected marketplace and ecommerce channels.

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced fashion-industry professional to work directly with the founder as a fractional strategic advisor.
We want senior-level guidance on:
- Product range and whether/when to introduce new designs around existing bestsellers
- Brand positioning and marketing strategy
- B2B/wholesale growth and independent boutique strategy
- Growth across wholesale, marketplaces, ecommerce, and physical retail
- UK launch strategy and further growth in Western Europe
Ideal Profile

- Must be based in the UK or EU
- Strong/practical knowledge of UK and Western European fashion markets
- Significant experience in women’s fashion, handbags, or accessories
- Strong B2B/wholesale experience, ideally with independent fashion retailers
- Experience in product/range decisions and commercial growth strategy
- Former founders who have built or scaled a fashion brand are particularly encouraged to apply
- A strong network within UK/EU fashion retail — buyers, boutiques, agents, distributors, or other relevant contacts — is a major advantage
