Fractional FD / CFO - Fast Growth Consumer eCommerce Scale-up
We are supporting a Yorkshire-based, privately-owned consumer/e-commerce business through its next stage of growth. The business operates a high-volume consumer model with an established physical supply chain and is looking to appoint a Fractional CFO to provide senior financial leadership and commercial support to the founders.
Key Areas of Focus
- Strengthen management reporting and financial visibility
- Improve forecasting, budgeting, and cash-flow management
- Develop meaningful commercial KPIs and performance reporting
- Provide greater insight into margin, profitability, and working capital
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
- Review and improve the existing finance function, processes, and systems
- Act as a senior financial partner to the founders/leadership team

Ideal Background
We are looking for an experienced CFO / FD / senior finance leader with a track record in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
- Experience in consumer, e-commerce, retail, D2C, or other product-led businesses would be highly relevant, particularly where there is meaningful inventory and working-capital complexity.
- The successful candidate will be commercial, hands-on, and pragmatic, comfortable working directly with founders and getting into the detail where required.
