Fractional Finance Director Role
This is a role for a Fractional Finance Director to bring their financial expertise to a business in West Berkshire. You will play a key role in overseeing accounting and finance operations, ensuring the smooth financial running of the organisation.

Description
- Oversee the financial strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.

Profile
A Successful Fractional Finance Director Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer
- Pro rata Salary of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
