Fractional Finance Director Role

This is a role for a Fractional Finance Director to bring their financial expertise to a business in West Berkshire. You will play a key role in overseeing accounting and finance operations, ensuring the smooth financial running of the organisation.

This well-established business services organisation is based in Berkshire.

Description

  • Oversee the financial strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.

Profile

A Successful Fractional Finance Director Should Have

  • A strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to manage financial risks and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
