French & German Commercial/Technology Lawyer | Flexible / On-Demand | Fractional Basis
π UK or continental Europe π Flexible, on-demand engagement β no fixed weekly hours β±οΈ Ongoing, ad hoc basis
Our client, a US-headquartered global tech company, is expanding its enterprise B2B sales into Europe β with France and Germany as its lead markets, and further expansion into Spain, Portugal and beyond on the horizon. Its enterprise software product is aimed at Fortune 500-scale clients, and its legal and sales team is now looking to engage a flexible resource to assist with contracting support entry into the French and German markets.
This is a fractional, on-demand engagement rather than a fixed-hours role β ideal for an experienced contractor who already works this way across multiple clients and is comfortable with variable, deal-driven demand (which may mean quiet stretches followed by a run of concurrent negotiations).

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
