General Counsel

We're looking for a General Counsel to lead legal at Ffern. It's a senior role with real influence: you'll sit alongside our leadership team as a trusted voice on risk and judgment, helping a fast-growing British brand make bold decisions with confidence.

At around one day a week, it's built for an experienced GC who wants meaningful, strategic work that fits alongside a wider portfolio.

What you need to know:

The role will report to our Chief of Staff and will be an ongoing contract at around one day a week, with more time at the start while you settle in. Day rate open, depending on experience. UK-based, with occasional days at our London office.

If you're a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys being a partner to the business, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Advising the leadership team on risk and judgment
