We are currently working with a private equity-backed business operating across the UK, Ireland, Europe, the US and Asia, who are looking to appoint an experienced Fractional Group Company Secretary.

This is a hands-on remote opportunity to take ownership of company secretarial administration, legal entity governance and statutory compliance across a complex international group.

Working closely with the Group Treasurer and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in strengthening the Group's governance framework, coordinating external advisers, and ensuring effective governance across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll also manage relationships with external advisers, including law firms, accountants and corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring governance and compliance matters are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the overall governance process, coordinating local expertise where required and driving activities through to completion, while helping the Group maintain a robust and cost-effective governance framework.
