Fractional Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS / Growth Marketing / AI)

Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Salary: £30,000–£50,000 FTE (Pro Rata) + Performance Bonus + Future Permanent Opportunity

Type: Part-time (2–3 Days Per Week), Permanent

Overview

A fast-growing AI software business is looking to appoint its first dedicated marketing hire to help build its brand, generate demand and drive commercial growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious startup at an early stage, working directly alongside the founders to shape the marketing strategy, build brand awareness and establish the business as a recognised name within the AI software market. Initially offered on a flexible 2–3 day per week basis, the role has genuine potential to become a permanent full-time position as the business continues to grow.

This is a hands-on growth marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating strategy, launching campaigns, producing content and delivering measurable commercial results. You'll have the autonomy to test ideas, experiment with new technologies and build a marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the company's growth marketing strategy
  • Build brand awareness across LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Create engaging content using AI tools and modern marketing platforms
  • Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Drive customer acquisition through Shopify App Store and software marketplaces
  • Build landing pages and optimise website conversion rates
  • Work closely with founders on product launches and go-to-market campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse ROI and optimise marketing activity
  • Coordinate external freelancers and specialist marketing resources where required
  • Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
