Role Description
The Fractional Head of Talent will lead Cytix’s talent strategy and operations on a part-time, senior advisory basis. Working on-site in the United Kingdom, this role will partner closely with the leadership team to define workforce needs, design hiring plans, and build scalable talent processes that support rapid growth in a security and software-focused environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Shaping employer branding
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment for key roles
- Optimizing interview and assessment frameworks
- Guiding hiring managers on best practices
The role will also:
- Establish foundational talent metrics
- Improve candidate experience
- Advise on onboarding, succession planning, and long-term organizational design
This position is ideal for a talent leader who enjoys building systems from the ground up while collaborating directly with executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience leading talent acquisition or people operations at a senior level, ideally in technology, cybersecurity, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable hiring strategies, processes, and tools for high-growth organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with founders, executives, and hiring managers on strategic workforce planning.
- Demonstrated capability in employer branding, candidate experience design, and building inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Comfort working in a fractional or part-time leadership capacity, managing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Cytix professionally to external partners and candidates.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and regulations; experience with international hiring is a plus.
- Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or a related field; relevant degree or professional certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
