About Rosie's People
Rosie's People is an award-winning HR/People Operations and organisational consultancy supporting founders, leadership teams, and growing organisations across the UK and internationally.
We provide executive recruitment, HR advisory, organisational consulting, and operational HR support to businesses that value practical, commercially focused people solutions.
As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Fractional HR Manager to join our consultancy team.
About The Opportunity
You'll provide day-to-day HR support to one or more clients as part of Rosie's People's managed consultancy service.
Whilst you'll manage your day-to-day workload independently, you'll work within our established delivery model and under the strategic oversight of Rosie Hewat. We're looking for someone who knows when to take ownership, when to collaborate, and when to escalate matters appropriately.
This is not a training opportunity. We're looking for someone who can confidently step into client environments, represent the Rosie's People brand professionally, and deliver high-quality operational HR support from day one.
How To Apply
Please submit your CV together with a cover letter explaining why you believe you are the right person for this opportunity.
Within your cover letter, please answer the following mandatory questions. Applications that do not answer all of these questions will not be considered.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
