We are seeking a Fractional Legal Counsel for a part-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include:

- Providing legal advice
- Supporting the negotiation and drafting of contracts
- Assisting with compliance matters
- Addressing legal issues related to SaaS offerings
- Ensuring proper preparation and review of legal documents
The role will require strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to manage and mitigate legal risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and the ability to address a wide range of legal issues
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and providing Legal Advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, especially related to SaaS offerings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the financial technology or SaaS industry is an advantage
- Qualified legal professional with the appropriate certifications and experience in commercial law
