About Systango
Systango Technologies Limited (NSE: SYSTANGO) is a digital engineering company helping businesses build and scale digital products and technology solutions across AI/GenAI, Data, Cloud, Product Engineering and Digital Transformation.
As we continue strengthening our presence in the UK market, we are looking to build a strong and relevant London technology leadership community through curated, high-quality events and executive networking.
About The Role
We are looking for a London-based, part-time/fractional Tech Community & Events Lead who can help Systango build meaningful relationships within London's technology ecosystem.
This is not a traditional event-management role.
The primary objective is to bring the right people into the room — senior technology and business leaders from relevant companies who can become part of Systango's growing London network.
You will plan and execute small, curated executive breakfasts, lunches, roundtables and networking events, typically with 5–10 carefully selected participants.
The initial objective is to host approximately 2 events per month, with the potential to scale to one breakfast/lunch event every alternate week based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network of London-based technology and business leaders.
- Identify and engage relevant CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/Data, VP Engineering, Product leaders, Founders and other senior decision-makers.
- Plan and organise curated executive breakfasts, lunches, roundtables and private networking events.
- Develop relevant and engaging discussion themes around AI, GenAI, Data, Cloud, Product Engineering and Digital Transformation.
- Curate attendee lists to ensure the right mix of seniority, industries and organisations.
- Build relationships with relevant technology communities, industry groups, partners and ecosystem organisations.
- Identify and coordinate speakers, moderators and discussion facilitators where required.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, invitations, confirmations and on-the-day coordination.
- Drive post-event engagement and introductions in coordination with Systango's Sales and Leadership teams.
- Maintain an organised database of relevant London technology contacts and community relationships.
- Track event performance, attendee quality, engagement and business-development opportunities.
- Continuously identify new formats, topics and partnership opportunities to strengthen Systango's London presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
