Fractional Marketing Lead
Engagement: 2 fixed days per week, initial 3 months
Location: Remote, with occasional days in Bath
Are you a senior marketer who still likes being in the accounts and would rather own four real outcomes than write another strategy deck?
WinWink is a fast-growing UK-based online competition platform offering prize draws across categories such as tech, collectibles, and experiences. Founded 6 years ago, we have over 1,600 five-star reviews validating our position as a genuine and trusted destination for amazing chances to win great prizes.
We have a performance marketer and a community and content lead, both capable and nobody above them setting direction. We want someone senior, hands-on, and genuinely available two days a week to fix that.
This is “a doing” role
We're not buying a strategy deck. We're buying someone who will be hands-on in building process, creating and executing briefs, making calls, and shipping changes, who also sets the direction the team works to on the days you're not with us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
How We'll Work
- Fixed days, not floating. Ideally Monday plus one mid-week day. Monday sets priorities off our leadership meeting and the team learns to bank non-urgent decisions for your days.
- Contracted against outputs, not attendance. We'll agree the four outcomes above and judge the engagement on those.
- Protect your own delivery. We'd rather you ring-fence time for the build than spend both days firefighting.
- Occasional Bath days for our team sessions, agreed in advance.
What You'll Bring
- You've led marketing at a senior level in DTC, ecommerce, or iGaming, and you're still hands-on in the accounts today.
- Strong paid social, particularly Meta, and strong Klaviyo or equivalent lifecycle experience.
- You write clearly. Two days a week means most of your steering happens in Slack and docs rather than in the room.
- You're comfortable being accountable for outcomes rather than hours, and saying no to work that doesn't serve them.

We're open to candidates from all backgrounds, however the following would be advantageous:
- Experience in gambling, iGaming, or high repeat purchase ecommerce

- A feel for trading cards, collectibles, or gaming audiences
Where This Could Go
If it works and we find ourselves wanting more of you, we'd rather have that conversation openly at month three or six than let it drift. We're open to it growing, converting, or staying exactly as it is.
Ready to take this on? Apply and we'll get in touch. Our process is an intro call, a written task, and finally a working session with the founders.
