Fractional Operations Lead
London - Hybrid

Overview
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Fractional Operations Lead to work directly with the founder to stabilise an existing company and build a new entertainment and media business.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on operator role, not a purely strategic position with responsibilities including:
- Bringing structure to complex situations
- Coordinate advisers and vendors
- Advise the founder
- Make sure priorities get done

Involvement across company formation, legal and commercial infrastructure, accounting and tax coordination, IP, budgeting, recruitment, IT, insurance, and general operations.
Building the initial team, including senior content, production, editing, and growth roles.
Profile
- Previous experience in an Operational Lead role
- Strong commercial judgement
- Excellent organisation
- Confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- Be comfortable moving between strategy and detail
- Managing specialist advisers
- Taking ownership without needing constant direction
- Media, entertainment, or creator-business experience is useful but not essential
- Able to turn ambiguity into clear priorities and drive things through to completion
