Fractional People Director | West Midlands
£60,000 - £135,000+ earning potential
People Puzzles is looking for an experienced HR Director, People Director, CPO, CHRO or Senior HR Consultant to join our established West Midlands team.
As a Fractional People Director, you'll partner with ambitious, growing organisations, helping leadership teams tackle challenges such as:
- Organisational growth and transformation
- Leadership development and team effectiveness
- Culture and engagement
- People strategy and organisational performance
- Change and business improvement initiatives
