Digital Health | GLP-1 | Online Pharmacy | Private Healthcare
Lotessa Digital Health is looking for an experienced, hands-on Fractional Sales Director / B2B Healthcare Sales Closer to work closely with the Founder.
Lotessa is a specialist digital aftercare platform supporting people using GLP-1 weight-management medications. The business works with pharmacies, private weight-management providers, and other healthcare organizations to provide structured digital support between clinical appointments.
Lotessa is now at an important commercial stage. The business already has an active pipeline of conversations with UK online pharmacies and GLP-1 providers. The immediate requirement is not simply lead generation.
Lotessa is looking for someone who can get directly involved in progressing opportunities from interest through to commercial agreement.
The role
This is a genuinely hands-on fractional sales role. The successful person will work directly with the Founder on live B2B opportunities and help build a repeatable sales process as Lotessa moves into its next phase of commercial growth. They will be expected to:
- Join and help lead sales and commercial meetings with prospective healthcare partners.
- Conduct strong discovery conversations to uncover commercial priorities, patient volumes, current aftercare infrastructure, retention challenges, decision-making processes, and buying criteria.
- Translate Lotessa’s capabilities into a clear commercial proposition focused on patient engagement, treatment continuity, retention, provider differentiation, and scalable aftercare.
- Help develop credible ROI and business cases for prospective partners.
- Handle objections confidently, including questions around existing apps, internal infrastructure, implementation, ROI, patient adoption, pricing, and commercial risk.
- Identify the economic buyer and understand how decisions are made within each organization.
- Progress opportunities systematically through the pipeline rather than allowing promising conversations to stall.
- Help structure pilots, commercial proposals, and partnership offers.
- Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up proactively after meetings and maintain momentum through the sales cycle.
- Help move opportunities through to signed contracts and revenue.
- Develop the sales playbook, qualification process, pipeline stages, and closing approach that Lotessa can continue to use as the business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is NOT a purely advisory role. Lotessa is specifically looking for someone who is comfortable being in the room and helping to close the business. This is not a role for someone who will simply provide a sales strategy and leave the Founder to execute it.
The right person will be willing to:
- Prepare for the meeting
- Join the meeting
- Challenge the buyer
- Handle the objection
- Shape the proposal
- Follow up
- Negotiate
- Ask for the business
- Help get the contract signed

Experience selling complex B2B solutions into healthcare organizations would be particularly valuable. The person should be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, Commercial Directors, Pharmacy Directors, and clinical leaders.
Experience with consultative selling, value-based selling, ROI conversations, national accounts, contract negotiation, and recurring-revenue B2B models would be highly desirable.
What success looks like
The initial priority is straightforward:
Help convert Lotessa’s existing pipeline into paying B2B partnerships.
Alongside this, the role will help build a disciplined and repeatable commercial process that can support future UK and international growth.
This opportunity could suit an experienced healthcare Commercial Director, Sales Director, National Account Director, or Business Development leader who has moved into a fractional or portfolio career and enjoys working directly with ambitious early-stage businesses.
This is not about producing a 50-page sales strategy. It is about helping Lotessa win business.
