About NOSE

Founded in Paris in 2012, NOSE is an independent concept store and pioneering digital platform dedicated to niche perfumery, beauty and home fragrances.

Bringing together a carefully curated selection of some of the world's most exceptional fragrance houses, NOSE has developed a distinctive approach to perfume discovery through its proprietary olfactory diagnosis, available both online and in-store.

Combining expertise, technology and a highly personalised customer experience, NOSE has built an international community of fragrance enthusiasts, collectors and curious minds.

Following more than a decade of organic growth in Paris and internationally, NOSE is preparing to open its first London boutique in November 2026.

Your Role

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Welcome an international clientele and introduce them to the NOSE universe.
  • Guide customers through our signature olfactory diagnosis and personalised fragrance discovery experience.
  • Understand individual preferences and recommend fragrances, beauty products and home fragrances from our curated collection.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Develop strong knowledge of our partner fragrance houses, their creations and their stories.

Contribute to the boutique's commercial success

  • Actively support sales performance and achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service while maintaining a natural, thoughtful and personalised approach.
  • Contribute to clientele initiatives and the development of our London customer community.

Participate in boutique operations

  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Assist with stock deliveries, inventory management and product organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and boutique performance.

Your Profile

We are looking for individuals who combine a genuine passion for fragrance with curiosity, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, niche perfumery, beauty or premium hospitality is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in fragrance, craftsmanship, creativity and independent brands.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with an international clientele.
  • A thoughtful, attentive and personalised approach to customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English is essential. French or other languages are an advantage.
