Role Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate to join our Beauty team, as part of our Fragrance Concierge. This role is ideal for a true fragrance specialist with a deep passion for scent and proven perfumery experience. You will deliver personalised fragrance consultations, inspire customers through expert product knowledge and drive sales through exceptional service. Acting as a fragrance authority on the floor, you will build lasting client relationships while maximising sales and commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised fragrance consultations, guiding customers through scent families, notes and brands to find their perfect match.
  • Act as a fragrance authority on the floor, maintaining expert knowledge across the full portfolio of luxury and niche brands within the Fragrance Concierge.
  • Drive sales performance and maximise commission potential through proactive customer engagement and exceptional service.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty in line with Liberty's luxury standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
  • Strong knowledge of fragrance families, brands, and composition.
  • Confident and engaging communicator with a client-focused mindset.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
