Fragrance Sales Advisor – New Boutique Opening
Location: Soho, London – 37 Beak Street
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – 39 hours per week
Salary: £32,000–£33,000 per year + variable compensation

About the role
As part of the opening of a new premium fragrance boutique in Soho, we are looking for two Beauty Advisors / Fragrance Sales Advisors to join the retail team.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, personalised and premium experience for both local and international customers.
Passionate about fragrance and customer service, you will guide clients through the collections, provide tailored recommendations and contribute to the boutique’s sales performance and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers, delivering a high-quality and personalised experience
- Introduce clients to fragrances, ingredients and the stories behind each creation
- Provide relevant product recommendations and encourage cross-selling
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Support clienteling activities, boutique events and launches
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Support stock management, replenishment and deliveries
- Follow cash desk, security and operational procedures
- Work closely with the Boutique Manager and the wider retail team

Your profile
- Around 1.5 years of retail experience, ideally within fragrance, cosmetics, beauty or a premium retail environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in fragrance and the beauty industry
- Professional presentation and a strong understanding of premium customer service standards
- Commercial mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable working with both local and international customers
- Team-oriented, proactive and attentive to detail
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
- Must have the right to work in the UK
