Fragrance Specialist Overview
The Fragrance Specialist’s primary responsibility is to drive sales and achieve KPIs through a customer-first approach. Acting as a brand ambassador, they specialize in fragrance, sharing their passion, enthusiasm, and product knowledge to inspire both customers and teammates.

- Create a visually inspiring and inviting store environment.
- Ensure full compliance with company processes and policies.

- Provide unbiased, expert advice with a focus on fragrance brands.
- Build strong connections with customers, fostering loyalty to fragrance brands.
- Go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service to fragrance shoppers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent customer-first approach.

Sales and KPIs
- Drive sales, ATV, AUS, and conversion, exceeding targets for fragrance brands.
- Focus on growing fragrance sales and achieving LFL growth.
- Achieve the company’s N. Dulge acquisition targets.
- Follow stock handling policies to maintain accuracy and minimize loss.
Communication
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the store team.
- Confidently liaise with external business partners and store visitors.
Team Support
- Embrace teamwork, contributing to shared goals and creating an inclusive store environment.
- Share updated product knowledge by organizing and leading fragrance training sessions.
Store Operations
- Adhere to all company policies, including loss prevention practices.
Skills Required
- Deep passion and enthusiasm for fragrance, with a desire to inspire others.
- Strong customer service orientation with confidence in one-to-one consultations.
- Results-driven with a clear understanding of KPIs and store targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to fostering positive working relationships.
- Embraces innovation and change.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- The role will be required to work evenings and weekends where event management falls at this time.
