The role

The Framework Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of the SPaTS3 Framework by maintaining trackers, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, supporting governance activity, and assisting with bid administration. The role will be an important point of support for the Framework Pursuit Coordinator, Framework Manager, and wider bid teams.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain framework registers, trackers, action logs, and data sets, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Update records for opportunities, call-offs, awards, submissions, deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Support the preparation of regular framework performance and assurance reports.
  • Help ensure framework documentation is well organised, complete, accessible, and auditable.

Governance and Meeting Coordination

  • Capture actions, decisions, and follow-ups clearly and ensure owners are reminded of upcoming deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for bid panels, opportunity reviews, and internal approvals.
  • Support mobilisation administration once opportunities are approved.

Bid Administration and Submission Support

  • Support bid teams with document control, version management, compliance checks, and submission logistics.
  • Help prepare bid folders, templates, timelines, clarification logs, and review packs.
  • Track contributor inputs, review comments, and outstanding actions to support timely completion of submissions.
  • Carry out basic formatting, proofreading, and quality checks to ensure submissions are professional and compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
