BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Framework Manager to join our work-winning team. This role will be based at any UK office. BAM operates a flexible working policy.
The Framework Manager
The Framework Manager is a client-facing role responsible for leading the successful management, governance, and development of BAM's frameworks.
Making Possible
Framework Governance & Compliance
- Lead day-to-day framework management activity, ensuring BAM meets its framework obligations and call-off requirements.
- Maintain clear framework governance, meeting rhythms, action logs, contract records, and evidence required for audit or client assurance.
- Coordinate internal framework reviews and ensure actions, risks, and opportunities are visible, owned, and followed through.
Client, Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for framework clients, partners, and regional teams, building trusted and productive relationships.
- Prepare for, attend, and contribute to client meetings, framework boards, working groups, supply chain forums, and partnership reviews.
- Represent BAM at relevant framework events, conferences, and market engagement sessions.
Pipeline, Opportunities & Work Winning
- Work alongside the Sector Client Director and operations team to monitor pipeline, client priorities, resource requirements, and upcoming framework opportunities.
- Support or lead early client engagement and capture market, competitor, and supply chain intelligence to inform pursuit and bid strategies.
- Ensure framework and call-off tender requirements are understood, embedded, and exceeded where possible, supporting regional teams with consistency, lessons learned, and best practice.
- Support future framework ITTs by coordinating inputs, evidence, case studies, lessons learned, and governance information.

Mobilisation, Improvement & Best Practice
- Support mobilisation of new frameworks, establishing governance routines, stakeholder plans, communication routes, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate lessons learned following framework bids, call-offs, and client reviews, making sure learning is captured and applied.
- Promote consistent ways of working across frameworks, sharing best practice and improving how teams use framework knowledge, tools, and evidence.
Framework Records & Communication
- Maintain framework records, document libraries, contact lists, governance materials, bid resources, and client intelligence in agreed systems.
- Ensure all framework pipeline and opportunity records are accurately maintained in CRM, working with regional teams to improve visibility of framework activity.
- Support a positive, collaborative framework team culture and act as a visible champion for BAM’s framework offer.

What do you bring to the role?
- Experience working in a similar role with a demonstrable track record
- Health or education sector experience
- Relevant professional qualification or accreditation in construction, project management, procurement, commercial management, or a related discipline
- Excellent client management and communication skills
