The Opportunity
The energy sector is undergoing a major transformation, driven by increasing demand, evolving regulation, ambitious decarbonisation targets, and rapid technological innovation. Due to our continued growth and strong ongoing pipeline of work, we're looking for a talented Framework Manager to join our industry-leading Transmission and Distribution team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing strategic client relationships across major frameworks with the Transmission & Distribution sector. You'll have the autonomy to influence our approach, support business growth, and help deliver projects that support the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
About The Role
As a Framework Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring framework opportunities are successfully developed and managed from inception through to delivery.
Working closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams, you'll help identify growth opportunities, support strategic bidding activity, and oversee performance across framework agreements. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Your Impact
In this leadership role, you'll help strengthen and grow some of our most important client relationships. By understanding client priorities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape innovative solutions that deliver real value and support successful project outcomes.
Your ability to connect people, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a clear focus on delivery will ensure frameworks operate effectively and continue to create opportunities for growth. Through proactive relationship management and strategic thinking, you'll contribute to the continued success of our business while helping clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of the evolving energy landscape.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to deliver results in a complex project environment. You'll be commercially aware, client-focused, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across multiple projects and programmes.

You Will Bring
- A proven track record of successful project or framework delivery within the energy sector or a related industry.
- An understanding of the technical requirements of projects and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout project delivery.
- A strong customer and client focus, with the ability to understand needs and translate them into successful outcomes.
- A commitment to quality, delivering to agreed standards and timescales while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
