Urgent - Frameworks Programme Manager, Belfast
Are you available and ready for your next role? This is an urgent opportunity for an experienced Frameworks Programme Manager to step into a high-profile infrastructure and capital projects environment in Belfast.
If you enjoy taking ownership, working with senior stakeholders, and moving complex projects forward, this temporary contract offers the chance to make an immediate impact from day one.
You will support framework delivery, supplier performance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across major local projects.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage framework delivery
- Oversee supplier performance
- Monitor budgets
- Manage risks
- Work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements
Applicants should have at least 3 years' framework management exposure, with experience of:
- Planning and control processes in a construction environment
- Public sector working
- Budget management
- Stakeholder engagement
