THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

It’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity with our wholesale, franchise and licensing team. Known internally as WFLE, our dynamic team continues to massively grow this area of our business each year, through continued strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day. And with innovating new licensing deals, we are introducing new and exciting products to our customers, helping us to broaden our demographics and become a household name.

This year is the biggest yet and we're now looking for a wholesale sales administrator who will support our team and help them to deliver rapid growth. The key responsibilities will be end to end order management, tracking of the wholesale inventory, working closely with the distribution centre team, and timely commercial analysis and reporting. A great opportunity for someone to take their love of customer experience, product and numbers and continue their career path in one of our biggest growing channels.

We are looking for a franchise account executive who will be responsible for managing and growing our international franchise business. Reporting to our global franchise manager, the franchise account executive will monitor each individual franchise store to sell-in the optimal collection, run day to day operations and be the main point-of-contact at corporate headquarters for the franchise partners across all aspects of the business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Forecast sell out and sell in plans by store
  • Generate and track weekly sales reports by door; monitor, track and analyse style selling daily
  • Manage weekly replenishment program
  • Coordinate brand and product knowledge trainings remotely or in stores for sales teams
  • Work with franchise partners and in house retail merchandising teams to ensure appropriate merchandise assortment per store, review quarterly apparel and non apparel collections with franchise partners during market
  • Advise franchise partners of merchandise deliveries and any production issues
  • Review execution of monthly floor directives, mannequin and store uniform directives
  • Partner with global franchise manager on a daily basis on territory status
  • From time to time involved in any ad-hoc projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
