About insight6
insight6 is a growing Customer Experience business supporting more than 400 clients through a network of franchisees across the UK.
We help organisations understand and improve their customer experience through Customer Experience Reviews, online feedback solutions, training, and customer journey mapping.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Franchise Account Manager to join our central team and support a portfolio of insight6 franchisees across the UK.
The role
This is a varied role combining account management, operations, relationship management, and commercial support.
You'll start by developing a strong understanding of insight6 – our franchise network, clients, services, systems, and the operational processes behind what we deliver.
As your knowledge and confidence develop, you'll take increasing responsibility for your own portfolio of franchisees, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them operate effectively, develop their client relationships, and grow their regional businesses.
This isn't a role where you'll simply respond to queries. We're looking for someone who will take ownership, build strong relationships, understand what's happening within their regions, and look for opportunities to make things better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
