Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager
Location: Mayfair, London (Office-Based)
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus
About the Opportunity:
This is a fast-growing business brokerage and M&A advisory firm at a genuine inflection point, and they need someone to help build the network that powers their next phase of growth. Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll be the driving force behind expanding the firm's national footprint, tracking down, winning over and onboarding the calibre of franchise partners and business advisors who'll actually move the needle.
This isn't a role where you sit quietly in the background. It's highly visible, genuinely influential, and comes with real autonomy to shape where the business goes next.
If you love building relationships, know how to hold your own with senior professionals, and want to be part of something ambitious and entrepreneurial, this is worth a conversation.
The Role:
As Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager, you'll own the entire journey, from that first enquiry all the way through to a successful onboarding, all while helping shape the firm's broader growth strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
