Franchise and Advisor Sales Manager
Base £50-70k. OTE £125k
Location: Mayfair, London | Office-based
Liberty Towers is recruiting a Franchise and Advisor Sales Manager on behalf of a leading UK business brokerage & M&A advisory firm.
Part of an established international organisation, the business supports owners with the sale and acquisition of small and medium-sized enterprises across the UK.
The role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive the growth of the firm’s franchise and advisor network. You will identify and engage commercially minded professionals and entrepreneurs, introduce them to the business brokerage opportunity and guide suitable prospects through to onboarding.
This is a commercially focused sales and recruitment role, suited to someone who can build credibility, communicate the value of an established brand and convert interest into commitment.

- Manage the full franchise and advisor recruitment pipeline, from initial enquiry and qualification through to onboarding.
- Proactively identify and approach prospective franchise partners and commercial advisors.
- Understand prospects’ experience, ambitions and suitability for the opportunity.
- Present the brand and business proposition through individual meetings and discovery webinars.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns across priority UK regions and sectors.
- Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows and industry forums.
- Work with the Managing Director to improve recruitment processes and support wider growth initiatives.
About you
- At least three years’ experience in sales, high-value business development, commercially focused recruitment or business ownership.
- A demonstrable ability to develop relationships, manage a pipeline and convert opportunities.
- A practical understanding of SMEs and what motivates professionals considering an entrepreneurial opportunity.
- Confident presenting, hosting webinars and holding consultative commercial conversations.
- Professional, proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work from the firm’s Mayfair office.

Experience in franchise sales or franchise recruitment would be an advantage, but is not essential. We welcome applications from sales and recruitment professionals with relevant transferable experience.
The opportunity
You will join an entrepreneurial business with international backing, work directly with the Managing Director and play a central role in expanding its UK network. There is scope to contribute your ideas and influence how the business attracts and onboards its future franchise partners and advisors.
