Franchise Business Manager

Location: London, M25 & surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £65,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 10% bonus

Working pattern: 3 days field-based / 2 days working from home

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join a globally recognised consumer brand and take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 franchised locations across London, the M25 and surrounding areas. This is a highly visible, field-focused role working closely with a varied group of franchise partners, ranging from single-site operators and smaller multi-site owners through to one of the largest franchise groups in the portfolio, operating approximately 42 locations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted commercial partner to franchisees, helping them improve operational performance, grow profitability and maintain consistently high standards across their businesses, while representing the expectations and values of a well-established global brand.

The Role

As Franchise Business Manager, you will build strong relationships with franchise partners and use a combination of commercial insight, operational expertise and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting locations, meeting franchisees and operational teams, reviewing performance and helping partners develop practical action plans to drive their businesses forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
