We're working with a well-established education franchise network to find an experienced Area Manager for the Bristol region. This is a business-critical role: you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of franchise-owned centres, acting as coach, advisor, and performance partner to help each one grow.
If you've got a background in field sales, multi-site management, franchise support, or business development, and you're looking for a role with genuine autonomy and strategic input, this is worth a conversation.
The Role
You'll manage a group of independently owned centres remotely, visiting regularly to build relationships, monitor standards, and keep performance on track. You'll be relied on to spot issues early, coach owners through them, and hold centres accountable to the standards set out in their agreement, all while balancing a consultative, supportive style with commercial rigour.

Day to day, you'll:
- Build trusted relationships with centre owners, acting as their go-to advisor and sounding board
- Monitor compliance and operational standards across your portfolio
- Support enrolment growth and retention through hands-on guidance
- Advise on local marketing and promotional activity
- Represent the brand in your region and help identify prospective franchise owners
What You'll Bring
- Strong commercial acumen, ideally with sales, marketing, or business development experience
- A track record of setting and delivering against targets
- Comfort working with data to guide decisions and conversations
- Natural leadership presence, with the ability to flex your style across a varied group of stakeholders
- Solid numeracy and the confidence to work with budgets and performance figures
- Degree educated, or you can demonstrate equivalent business experience and a strong track record.

Full training on the organisation's methodology is provided, so candidates from any sector background are welcome to apply. You'll need a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK, as regular regional travel is part of the role.
Process
- A short introductory call
- Followed by an in-person assessment (including brief maths, English, and aptitude checks)
- Then a final panel presentation and competency-based interview.
