Franchise Development Marketing Manager

Drive Growth Across Multiple Leading Brands

We're working with a fast-growing, multi-brand business operating within the logistics, shipping, and print sector, looking to add a talented Franchise Development Marketing Manager to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional who thrives on lead generation, CRM strategy, and campaign optimisation. You'll play a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and converting franchise prospects while helping shape the wider growth strategy across several established brands.

The Opportunity

As Franchise Development Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of lead generation activity across both digital and offline channels, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI.

  • Working closely with the sales team, you'll develop effective lead nurturing journeys, manage marketing budgets, and ensure prospects are guided seamlessly through the sales funnel.
  • This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategy, improve efficiencies, and make a genuine impact on business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing lead generation campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels.
  • Managing CRM activity and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Working closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Planning, implementing, and optimising campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, and Content Marketing.
  • Managing marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Using data segmentation and analytics to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinating and delivering exhibitions and events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce automation, AI, and process improvements within the marketing function.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within CRM, email marketing, database marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong lead generation and lead nurturing experience.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for new technologies, including AI and marketing automation.
