For our Accrington office we are searching for a Franchise Development Specialist.
The Franchise Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of World Options network across the UK by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality franchise partners. This role focuses on lead generation, candidate engagement, relationship building, and guiding prospects through the franchise selection process, ensuring compliance with franchising regulations and contributing to the overall expansion of the network.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the UK Franchise Recruitment Director, the primary duties and responsibilities of the Franchise Development Specialist are as follows:
Franchise Selection and Candidate Management
- Support World Options Network Growth Strategy through lead generation, inbound and outbound calls, candidate profiling, and franchise selection.
- Guide and engage prospective franchisees, presenting opportunities and assessing suitability.
- Conduct interviews by telephone and manage candidate records in the CRM - HubSpot.
- Coordinate Discovery Days to introduce prospects to the team and the franchise model and manage the agenda.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Contribute your ideas for the continuous improvement of the sales process, thereby making a significant contribution to the company’s economic success.

Marketing and Industry Engagement
- Assist in developing and executing the annual franchise marketing plan in collaboration with the World Options Marketing Team and external partners to attract high-quality franchise candidates.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, including financial, legal, and marketing professionals, to support franchise recruitment and development initiatives.
General Expectations
- Keep up to date with franchising, recruitment, and business trends in the UK.
- Identify and engage ideal franchise candidates for World Options.
- Collaborate with internal teams and uphold company values.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in sales, coaching and consulting.
- Enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including document management, data handling, and CRM activities – HubSpot.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on, flexible, and eager to learn.
