About the Role
We're working with a leading global entertainment and consumer products business, seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their Franchise Management & Marketing team for an initial 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career, who is ready to build on their foundations and take on greater responsibility. Previous exposure to retail, entertainment, or consumer products would be beneficial to thrive in this environment. Most importantly, you'll be curious, organised, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to develop your career.
You'll join a collaborative EMEA team and play a hands-on role in bringing globally recognised entertainment franchises to life across the region. Working alongside international territory teams and global stakeholders, you'll gain experience across a wide variety of marketing activity - from franchise strategy and retail, to licensing, creative development, events, and consumer insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
