Franchise Manager
Christy Media Solutions is representing a client seeking a Franchise Manager to support the development and execution of franchise strategy across assigned markets.
Based in London, this role will act as a primary franchise contact for its assigned market, translating Global and EMEA priorities into coordinated local planning and execution. The successful candidate will also contribute to wider EMEA strategic initiatives, cross-market alignment and the sharing of best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of market franchise strategies.
- Supporting key franchise initiatives and tentpole moments.
- Partnering with local stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
- Acting as the primary franchise contact for the assigned market.
- Supporting local franchise planning and execution.
- Partnering with Global Franchise teams to provide market perspectives.
- Contributing to selected EMEA-wide strategic initiatives.
- Supporting cross-market alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Providing guidance and project coordination to support resources where assigned.

Requirements
- At least six years' experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management or cross-functional leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across a matrixed, international organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational capabilities.
- The ability to operate with ownership, autonomy and accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

The role is based in Central London and is a contract role through until August next year. Candidates should also be comfortable collaborating across global time zones and, where business requirements dictate, supporting key global campaigns, premieres or franchise initiatives outside standard working hours.
