Franchise Manager
Location: London (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of franchise strategies for their assigned market, ensuring alignment with Global and EMEA priorities.
- Support the execution of key franchise initiatives and tentpole moments within their market, ensuring strong, coordinated execution and measurable impact.
- Partner with local stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and contribute to franchise performance.
- Serve as the primary franchise contact for their assigned market, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with Global and EMEA frameworks.
- Support local franchise planning and execution, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities.
- Ensure consistency in franchise strategy and stewardship across silver level markets, without direct operational ownership.
- Partner with Global Franchise teams to provide market perspectives and support alignment with broader franchise priorities.
- Contribute to select EMEA-wide strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Support cross-market alignment and facilitate the sharing of best practices across EMEA.
- May provide day-to-day guidance, onboarding support, work direction, and project coordination to coordinators, interns, temporary employees, or other support resources, as assigned.

Work Experience:
- At least six years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management, or cross-functional leadership required.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is strongly preferred.
