About the Role
Vida del Padel is a fast-growing UK padel brand with a growing network of company-owned and franchised clubs.
We are now looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to help accelerate the expansion of our franchise network.
This is not simply a franchise sales role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full franchise journey — from generating and qualifying leads, through to securing new franchise partners, helping identify suitable sites, onboarding franchisees and supporting them as their clubs develop.
The role will also play an important part in developing the systems and processes needed to support a growing national franchise network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop our franchise sales pipeline, working with both inbound enquiries and proactive outreach to identify strong potential franchise partners.
- Qualify leads properly. We receive a healthy level of franchise interest, but we want someone who can quickly understand which opportunities are genuine, commercially viable and worth progressing.
- Manage those relationships through the franchise process, including meetings, presentations, follow-up, commercial discussions, and onboarding.
- Assess potential sites across the UK, contact agents and landlords, gather commercial information, and match suitable locations with franchisees and target territories.
- Guide franchisees through the onboarding and development process, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring they understand the Vida del Padel model, systems, and expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
