Franchise Manager EMEA
Location: London, UK (160 Old Street)
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Franchise EMEA to lead and execute franchise brand strategies across key regional markets. In this role, he will drive major tentpole campaigns, align local initiatives with global frameworks, and unlock commercial growth.

- Lead franchise strategy and execution across assigned EMEA markets.
- Deliver major brand tentpoles, activations, and premiere moments.
- Partner with local teams to drive franchise commercial performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across regional markets and share best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years in brand, marketing, or franchise management (entertainment/media preferred).
- Proven track record across multi-market, international matrix environments.
- Strong strategic mindset, cross-functional leadership, and project execution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Up to 10% travel flexibility.
