Franchise Manager, EMEA
We’re looking for a Franchise Manager, EMEA to help shape and deliver franchise strategy across an assigned market.
You’ll work closely with Global and EMEA teams to support strategic planning, drive key franchise initiatives and identify opportunities for growth. Acting as the primary franchise contact for your market, you’ll ensure local activity is aligned with wider business priorities while also contributing to EMEA-wide initiatives and sharing best practice across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of franchise strategies for your assigned market, aligned with Global and EMEA priorities.
- Drive the execution of key franchise initiatives and major campaign moments, ensuring strong coordination and impact.
- Partner with local stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support franchise performance.
- Act as the main franchise contact for your market, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with wider frameworks.
- Work with Global Franchise teams to share market insight and contribute to broader strategic priorities.
- Contribute to selected EMEA-wide initiatives and support cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure consistency in franchise strategy and brand stewardship across assigned markets.
- Provide guidance and project coordination to junior team members and support resources where required.

About You
- 6+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, international, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High level of ownership, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and working collaboratively across functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Acrobat is also required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. An MBA or postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.

Additional Information
- Approximately 10% travel may be required.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
- Some flexibility outside standard working hours may be required around global campaigns, premieres and key franchise initiatives.
