About The Role
As a key player in our franchise team, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering strategic initiatives for our diverse portfolio of brands. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your market, collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of major campaigns and identifying exciting new avenues for growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, contributing to cross-market collaboration, sharing best practices, and ensuring brand stewardship across multiple territories. You will guide junior team members and coordinate projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the development and execution of dynamic franchise strategies for your assigned market, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
- Drive the execution of key franchise initiatives and major campaign moments, ensuring strong coordination and maximum impact.
- Partner with local stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and enhance franchise performance.
- Act as the main franchise contact for your market, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with broader strategic frameworks.
- Collaborate with global teams to share invaluable market insights and contribute to overarching strategic priorities.
- Contribute to selected cross-market initiatives, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across different regions.
- Ensure consistency in franchise strategy and uphold strong brand stewardship across assigned markets.
- Provide guidance and project coordination to junior team members and support resources as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders within a complex, international, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and working collaboratively across various functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Acrobat is also required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Additional Considerations
- Approximately 10% travel may be required.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones is essential.
- Some flexibility outside standard working hours may be required around global campaigns and key franchise initiatives.
