Job Title: TEMP Manager – Franchise EMEA | London
Location: London – Old Street
Travel: Approximately 10%
Ability to work across global time zones when required.
Our client is currently recruiting for a TEMP Manager, Franchise EMEA to support franchise strategy and performance across an assigned EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of franchise strategies aligned with global and EMEA priorities.
- Lead local franchise planning and act as the primary franchise contact for the assigned market.
- Support major franchise initiatives, campaigns and tentpole moments.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to franchise growth and performance.
- Collaborate with Global, EMEA and local stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
- Contribute to selected EMEA-wide strategic initiatives and champion topics.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration and sharing of best practices.
- Support prioritisation, project coordination and effective execution of franchise initiatives.

About You:
- 6+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management or cross-functional leadership.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
