What is this role about?
This role supports the successful expansion and sustainability of the LubeServ franchise network by ensuring franchise stores are properly set up, operationally ready, and equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support required to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve business performance targets.

- Manage franchise onboarding process to ensure successful and timely store opening
- Coordinate store setup and operational readiness requirements to ensure stores are prepared for business operations
- Facilitate tools, equipment, and operational assets to support franchise store readiness where applicable
- Conduct franchise onboarding and operational capability programs to prepare franchisees and store personnel for business operations
- Coordinate technical competency development activities to ensure franchise teams receive complete operational and technical preparation
- Monitor franchise onboarding and launch requirements to ensure compliance with operational and brand standards
- Support franchise launch and startup operations to ensure smooth business commencement
- Develop onboarding tools, training materials, and process documentation to standardize and improve franchise onboarding effectiveness
- Monitor onboarding and launch performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What will YOU need?
- At least 4–6 years of experience in training, onboarding, franchise support, operations, retail development, contracts, permit processing or related functions
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Must be willing to do field work nationwide
