We are working with a fast-growing food business entering an exciting period of UK franchise expansion. They are looking for an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to support franchise partners and new site openings across the UK.
The Role
- Manage and build strong relationships with franchise partners across the UK
- Support new store openings, including setup, training and launch
- Act as the key operational contact for franchisees
- Conduct regular brand and operational audits
- Review performance and work with partners on sales, labour, standards and profitability
- Coach and support franchisees to improve day-to-day operations
- Help develop and implement the franchise operating model as the estate grows
- Work closely with senior leadership and support the wider operations team

About You
- Proven experience in franchise operations, ideally within QSR, fast casual, food retail, grab & go or hospitality
- Experience supporting multiple franchise partners and/or new openings
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Confident coaching, challenging and influencing franchisees
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable with regular UK travel
- Ideally someone who has experience supporting a significant franchise rollout and can help shape the function as the business grows
